TASKS:
- Responsible for prospecting through an email campaign, social media campaign, and using LinkedIn to identify new prospects
- Responsible for distributing fresh leads to lead development specialists monthly
- Must build the sales prospect pipeline using Sprout’s CRM
- Responsible for keeping our lead pipeline healthy by making sure that we enough fresh leads and that these fresh leads have valid information
- Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task /work on multiple and simultaneous projects
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to work at all levels within a target prospect account, from Manager to C level
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
- Proven prospecting track record with SME and large enterprise companies
- Able to determine a prospect’s needs and translate those needs into a potential fit for the Sprout SaaS solution
- Understands the concept of needs identification
- Confident self-starter with the ability to connect technological advantages to business goals
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with outbound sales prospecting
- The ability to succeed with limited supervision
- A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude
- Sound business judgment, integrity, and commitment to excellence
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills; Effective communicator, exemplary presentations skills
