TASKS:
- Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, using LinkedIn to identify new prospects
- Responsible for qualifying potential prospects as worthy of follow-up or not
- Responsible for identifying sales opportunities via a variety of cold prospecting techniques
- Responsible for training and coaching the LGD Unit
- Responsible for preparing team reports
- Responsible for assisting manager in Sales Strategy Development
- Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task/work on multiple and simultaneous projects
- Able to delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Able to set target and motivate the team
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to manage a team of Lead Development individuals
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
- Proven prospecting/outbound calling track record with SME and large enterprise companies
- Able to determine a prospect’s needs and translate those needs into a potential fit for the Sprout SaaS solution
- Confident self-starter with the ability to connect technological advantages to business goals
- Strong leadership and motivation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven coaching and training skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in Leading a sales team/lead generation team/Telesales Team (Anything alike)
