TASKS:
- Acquisition
- Content/ inbound marketing: developing an editorial calendar and creating and strategically distributing relevant and valuable content to attract, acquirer and engage Sprout’s target market
- Social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Search engine optimization (SEO): developing strategies to increase number of visitors to Sprout’s website by getting high-ranking placements in search results
- Affiliate marketing: developing strategic partnerships that allow relevant bloggers, organizations, businesses to promote Sprout products on their website
- Pay per click (PPC) campaigns and mobile marketing: creating a strategy around sponsored online or in-app advertising to appear alongside non-paid search results
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing in planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, feedback mechanisms and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with agencies, freelancers and other vendor partners
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar roles
- Must have crisp English writing skills
- Social media savvy - must be familiar with major social media networks, including SlideShare and Quora
- Must know SEO (and willing to learn more and be trained
- Tech-savvy - must be quick to learn various tools because you’ll be using a lot of them
- Blogging (active or past), is a PLUS
- Photoshop / design ability is a PLUS but not required
- Must be willing to learn new things and be trained
